SaaS Development

Sign-up through to billing, built so you can add customers without adding staff.

One codebase, many customers
Subscriptions, UPI and billing
Team accounts and permissions
Onboarding that does not need a script

For founders with a product to build and a first set of customers waiting, who need the parts that are the same in every SaaS done properly the first time: tenants, roles, billing, provisioning, audit trails.

We run two multi-tenant products of our own, so the boring parts are not new to us. Per-tenant data isolation, plans and proration, failed-payment retries and grace periods, bulk imports that report row-level errors, feature flags that do not turn into permanent forks. You get the same foundation StriveBit ERP and Thaalo run on, built for your product.

After launch we host it, watch it and keep shipping. Most SaaS clients stay on a monthly retainer for changes and support.

How it runs

  1. Scope the first paying version

What the first ten customers need, and nothing they do not. A written scope with a straight number, usually within a week.

  2. Foundation first

Tenants, auth, roles, billing and provisioning go in before the features, so nothing has to be rewritten at customer fifty.

  3. Ship in weeks, not quarters

A working product in front of real customers early, then weekly releases against what they actually say.

  4. Run it with you

Hosting, monitoring, backups and a retainer for changes. You talk to the engineers who built it.

Proof: StriveBit ERP

Multi-tenant from day one: every school is its own tenant with its own branded parent app, provisioned without anyone running a script by hand.

Questions

How long does a first version take?

Eight to sixteen weeks for a product with tenants, billing and a real workflow inside it. We will say so early if the scope needs more.

Can you take over a SaaS someone else built?

Yes. The first week is reading and mapping before we change anything. We have written up how we do that on the blog.

Do you build for the Indian market only?

Our products are built for India, with UPI, GST and Hindi in mind, but custom SaaS builds have gone to founders anywhere. Timezones have not been a problem.

Building something like this?

Tell us what you're building and we'll give you a straight answer on scope and cost, usually within a day.
