We build software,
then we run it.

One product of our own — a school ERP running in a real classroom. A few client builds a year. No account managers, no hand-offs.

Two things, told properly.

Both are live. Both links go to the real thing, not a screenshot.

Measured over Gurukul Vishwabharti’s first two terms on the platform.

Indian schools run on registers, WhatsApp groups and a pile of Excel files that only one person in the office understands. We built the thing that replaces all of it — admissions, attendance, timetables, exams, report cards and fees, behind one login.

The part schools care about most is the parent app. It ships under their name and their logo, so attendance alerts, fee reminders and circulars arrive from the school rather than from a vendor.

We host it, we support it, and we sit on WhatsApp with the office staff through their first term. It is not a project we handed over — it is software we run every day.

What used to take our office hours — attendance, fee collection, report cards — now takes minutes. The parent app changed how we communicate entirely.

गुरुकुल विश्वभारती

The website for a CBSE school in Rohtak — and the reason our ERP exists.

The Gurukul Vishwabharti school website

Gurukul Vishwabharti came to us for a website: admissions, prospectus downloads, entrance exam registration, notices, the public disclosure CBSE requires. Parents needed to find things without calling the office.

Building it meant sitting in that office and watching how the school actually worked. The fee registers, the attendance sheets, the parent phone calls. That is where the ERP came from — we saw the problem before we wrote a line of it.

Four months to build, and we have kept it running since.

On the bench

What is half-built or queued. Listed plainly, because half-built is not the same as shipped.

The parent app, on both stores

Each school gets its own listing, under its own name. Published and in review.

Biometric attendance

The ERP already takes the data. We are piloting the hardware side with a school now — RFID is next, not yet.

Circulars in Hindi

One composer, English or Hindi, out over SMS, WhatsApp and push.

Room for one or two client builds

We take on a few a year, so that the ones we take on get looked after properly.

How we work

Small on purpose.

01

You talk to the person building it

No account managers, no relay through a project coordinator. Whoever writes the code is on the call.

02

We stay after launch

Our own product is proof — we still host it, support it, and answer the phone when a school's fee collection breaks on a Monday morning.

03

A few projects at a time

We take on one or two client builds a year, on purpose, so the ones we take get properly looked after.

04

We say when it is a bad idea

If what you are asking for will not work, or costs more than it is worth, we tell you before we start — not after we have billed for it.

The studio

Three people. No layer in between.

Abhishek Sirohi

Full-stack & architecture

Builds the web and mobile apps end to end, and decides how the pieces fit together so they still make sense a year later.

Mohammed Shoaib

Backend & infrastructure

Keeps the databases fast and the servers up. If something is slow at 2am, he is the one who finds out why.

Kartik

Backend & AI

Builds the backend systems and the AI pieces that actually need to work, not just demo well.
